Heather Goes with the Flow | Series 10 | Doctor Who
Bonnie, Heather;
Heather, Bonnie --
"It isn't a freak optical effect!
And it's following me....!"
I play Heather and she
starts as a normal student,
goes to University with Bill
and then becomes a Water
sort-of possessed-Monster.
I think even when I got the audition
for it, I was like ....argh, that's
so fun!, I get to go and do that.
And yeah, to play one of the monsters
it's just a really cool, really cool job.
I've been drenched already a few times today. I have hoses in my wig. The front bit is my own hair, then I have a wig with hoses coming through it, bottles of water thrown on me. I say thrown they are very nice about it. And then I have a pipe that comes up my jeans through the wig, and through my sleeves as well. So basically I'm always drenched in water. I think working on Doctor Who has been one of my favourite jobs so far. Everyone is so nice, there's just so much going on, and we get to work with Daleks. It's really good. So, yeah, I quite enjoyed it, could just kind of go with the... I was going to say 'go with the flow'. I will not say that! Yeah, it was fun.
Being Bonnie | The Zygon Inversion | Series 9 | Doctor Who
"....it was really tricky --
I've never done anything like that before;
You're playing uh Bonnie whilst also trying to
remember the performance you've given as
Clara, in your head -- so it's, um...
It's quite a MindGame;
it's quite a lonely episode;
I was very glad when Peter
came to set and I had someone
to look at and act against --
again we'll forgive we'll forget I loved evil clown thought she was great I thought Jen is a great evil creature that's what she's like really oh it's not fair but it was constantly flicking between the two characters and she was a lot of fun to play and it was it was uh good to interact with the doctor as well in a different dynamic in a different setup will there be holidays oh will there be music
I loved Bonnie -- I thought
she did it brilliantly, um... and
I think she should have her own series
Dr. Disco :
Why'd you come to my lectures
when you're not A Student?
Bill Potts :
Okay, so my first day here,
in the canteen, I was on chips.
There was this girl. Student.
Beautiful. Like a model, only
with talking and thinking.
She looked at you and you perved.
Every time, automatic, like physics.
Eye contact, perversion.
So I gave her extra chips.
So I gave her extra chips.
Every time, extra chips.
Like a reward for all the perversion.
Every day, got myself
on chips, rewarded her.
Then finally, finally, she looked at me,
like she'd noticed, actually noticed,
all the extra chips --
Do you know
what I realised?
She was fat.
I'd fatted her.
But that's Life, innit?
Beauty or Chips.
I like chips; So did she --
So that's okay.
Dr. Disco :
And how does that in any way
explain why you keep coming
to my lectures?
Bill Potts :
Yeah, it doesn't really, does it?
I was hoping something would develop.
